The Account Manager position works in a fast-paced, customer-centric team that secures business from prospective and existing customers. This team has a strong impact in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all potential and existing customers. This person will strive to learn many aspects of the business in preparation to move to the next level Representative within the department after proven success.


  • Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments
  • Identify and rectify data entry discrepancies
  • Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
  • Compute cost and price shipments for bids
  • Respond promptly and cordially to customer requests via phone and email
  • Collect, review for accuracy, correct, and maintain all customer documents
  • Assist Customer Sales reps with daily administrative tasks and grow book of business
  • Special projects as assigned
